Index of State of Delaware Business Licenses and Registrations
The DDA Agricultural Compliance Section registers certain agricultural products that are sold or distributed in Delaware; collects samples from the marketplace for lab analysis; and issues violations and withdraws from distribution non-registered products, mislabled products, and nutrient-deficient products. The section also tests poultry manures, fertilizers, feeds, and pet foods for nutrient content and contaminants.

The Delaware Agricultural Liming Materials Act requires a semi-annual tonnage report to be filed within the 30-day period following June 30th and December 31st. Report the number of net tons of each liming material sold during the previous 6-month period.
For lime the fee is $11.50 per product per year with a 5 cents per ton sold fee.
